Master Craftsman – Vehicle Construction (m/f/d)
Are you the MacGyver of vehicle construction? Then join our team! We're looking for a dedicated master craftsman (m/f/d) to come on board full-time, starting immediately.
Your tasks
Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of skilled workers in vehicle construction
Planning, coordination, and monitoring of production and maintenance processes
Ensuring quality standards and compliance with legal regulations
Support in the design and development of special-purpose vehicles
Training and mentoring of apprentices and skilled staff
Close collaboration with production planning, design, and purchasing departments
Your profile
Completed vocational training in vehicle construction (e.g., body and vehicle construction mechanic) followed by a master craftsman qualification
Several years of professional experience (preferred) in vehicle construction or commercial vehicle maintenance
Leadership experience and organizational skills
Proficiency in working with technical drawings
Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and strong communication skills
Good written and spoken German skills
